Calling Analyst (German Language)
A fluent German language speaker is required to join a global organisation at their European Headquarters in the Credit Control team. As a company they offer excellent benefits which include a quarterly bonus scheme.
It is essential that you are confident liaising with customers on a daily basis dealing with inbound and outbound calls with the main purpose of the role being cash collection

You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills along with advanced written and spoken German language skills. Joining a supportive team, this role would suit a hands on individual who is able to make quick, effective decisions.
