A fluent German language speaker is required to join a global organisation at their European Headquarters in the Credit Control team. As a company they offer excellent benefits which include a quarterly bonus scheme.

It is essential that you are confident liaising with customers on a daily basis dealing with inbound and outbound calls with the main purpose of the role being cash collection

Duties will include:

  • Maximising cash collection for clients, working to monthly targets set
  • Dealing with customer queries, passing on to the query resolution team
  • Sending out reminder letters and monthly statements

You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills along with advanced written and spoken German language skills. Joining a supportive team, this role would suit a hands on individual who is able to make quick, effective decisions.
