A temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk opportunity has arisen within a large organisation based in West Bromwich. In this role, you will provide financial and administrative support to the Financial Services section of the finance department, with direct responsibility to the Financial Accountant.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a large organisation and build on already existing accounts and purchase ledger experience within a friendly team environment, whilst hitting strict deadlines and timetables.

This role will be for 3 months, on a temporary basis.

Main duties will include:

  • Receipt and input onto the ledger
  • Production of weekly payment runs
  • Dealing with queries regarding payment of invoices
  • Reconciliation of accounts
