We are working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AAT qualified or QBE Tax Accounts Assistant to join this successful UK Top 30 Chartered Accountant firm. The firm prides itself on continuous development of staff, and emphasises the importance of work/life balance.

Joining the highly recognised award winning Tax team, your main focus will be preparing accounts for corporate and non-corporate entities, and preparing business and corporation tax. In addition, you may be required to prepare VAT returns, personal tax returns and management accounts.

As Accounts Assistant, you will have strong communication skills and be detail-oriented in order to support the team and assist Managers, Directors and Partners on various assignments.

To contribute to the success of the team and the firm, you will have superb analytical and problem solving skills with effective organisation and time management skills and an understanding of how the small details fit into the wider picture. You will also have good working knowledge of Excel and Word, preferably with experience of Sage, QuickBooks and Xero.
