Accounts Payable Clerk / Purchase Ledger Clerk

This is a superb Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Clerk position for an innovative, well-established business. The purpose of the position is to oversee the European Purchase Ledger whilst also offering support the UK team.

We are looking for an ambitious, driven and proactive individual with experience of working with European ledgers including Euro and Dollar also processing multi-currency cashbooks. The ability to speak a European language would be a real bonus but not essential!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overall responsibility for the European ledgers
  • Processing invoices, issuing credit notes and preparing payment runs
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Creditor reconciliation

As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will thrive working within a busy environment, working to strict deadlines and dealing with high volume and complex invoices.
