Contracts Coordinator job in Worcestershire

Contracts Coordinator

The opportunity for a contracts coordinator to join a well-established, successful business based on the outskirts of Worcester City Centre, for a 12 month fixed term contract. We are looking for an individual with previous contract management experience with the ability to deliver first class customer service at all times along with ensuring a high level of accuracy at all times within this busy role.

You will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with both external and internal customers, you will also have a strategic mind and the desire to learn.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the circulation of customer contracts
  • Taking ownership for releasing invoices related to contract delivery
  • Creating, auditing and monitoring budgets in line with contract delivery
  • Responsible for clearing down outstanding contracts
  • Managing any queries relating to the contract delivery process

Advanced Excel knowledge would be a huge advantage to the role.

You will have a positive attitude, and enthusiastic approach to all tasks undertaken with the ability to work well under pressure, manage time effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
