Our growing Worcester based client is looking for somebody dynamic, confident and proactive, who enjoys a fast-paced team environment to join their busy inbound customer service team. The right candidate will be able to effectively provide support to clients and staff.
Providing a high quality of customer service and administration support, when dealing with the incoming query calls and emails you will have to investigate any case’s that can be resolved at the first point of contact, as well as keep the customer updated with any further information you have.
