HR Coordinator

We are recruiting for a forward thinking HR Coordinator to work for an established and renowned Droitwich organisation.  As a HR Coordinator you will take full ownership of all payroll activity up to submission and be responsible for all HR Administration offering an efficient and proactive service to the HR Team, line management and all employees.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Complete monthly payroll through the input of all payroll related correspondence
  • Keeping up to date with payroll, legislation SMP, SSP, Tax, NI attachment of Earnings
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Process all new starters and leaver correspondence and administration
  • Updating contracts regarding terms and condition changes, salary reviews 
  • Managing all leave requests
  • Support the HR Team with all correspondence,
  • Provide monthly HR reports of all HR related metrics
  • You will possess strong organisational skills along with excellent attention to detail.
