HR Officer

Working for an established and progressive organisation our client is looking to recruit and a forward thinking HR Officer who will facilitate the recruitment, learning and development of talent into the organisation, using proactive and responsive recruitment, learning and development tools and techniques. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business and become a valued member of the team.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:-

  • Working to a recruitment and selection framework that provides effective, standardise methodology for attracting and selecting candidates.
  • Resourcing suitable candidates via job boards and social media platforms.
  • Lead and coordinate recruitment events
  • Work alongside managers to support with job descriptions
  • Design, plan and deliver internal training
  • Design and maintain training courses
  • Assist with generalist HR and employee relations activities when required.

This position would suit an individual with working knowledge of HR and or a recruitment environment with proven experience of recruitment, attraction and selection campaign management. Experience of advert creation, reactive and engaging writing skills are also desirable.

Strong practical knowledge of M/S Office essential
