The opportunity to work for an industry leading business, as an Invoicing Administrator to support their finance team. We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong administration background who will assist with invoicing and provide general support to the team.
You will be technically minded with previous experience using Excel and enjoy working within a vibrant, busy team environment.
As the Invoicing Administrator you will be responsible for raising invoices, maintaining transaction records, uploading information onto the system, and preparing customer credit notes. In addition to this you will implement and adjust customer agreements, ensuring they are in alignment with payment plans.
