Finance Assistant - Service Charge

An award winning, accredited organisation based in Malvern are looking for a permanent full time Finance Assistant to support their busy Service Charge department.

As a Finance Assistant, you will be a fundamental member of the Service Charge accounts team and responsibilities will include:

  • Regular monitoring and reviewing of service charge costs
  • Carrying out calculation of service charges and similar charges
  • Assisting in the process of setting the charges and reviewing costs

Whilst developing your finance skills you will also be presented with the chance to strengthen your investigation and communication skills.

Excellent communication and the understanding of the importance of processing data accurately and in a timely manner is necessary for this Finance Assistant role. A strong team player, you will equally be comfortable using your own initiative and demonstrate the willingness to take on projects and learn new skills.

Current knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential, as is relevant finance experience.
