We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for payroll to join a successful, established organisation based in Redditch to take sole responsibility of the monthly payroll.
You will become an integral part of the team, taking full responsibility of all aspects of the payroll for c.400 employees including new starters, leavers, maternity & paternity pay, sick pay etc. You will gather all payroll-related information, complete submissions to HMRC and process P11ds and P60s, and be responsible for pension administration and maintaining personal employee information.
We’re looking for someone with a meticulous approach to every task, a high level of accuracy and a positive attitude to bring enthusiasm to the team and support and motivate colleagues. You will also be willing to help out with HR and Finance duties as and when required.
Working knowledge of using ADP and or ezLabormanager (ezLM) is desired as well as proficiency using MS Excel.
