Purchase Ledger Assistant

A Purchase Ledger Assistant opportunity within a highly motivated team in a successful business. As a core member of the Purchase Ledger team you will cover all aspects of the purchase ledger.

The company are committed to supporting their staff to achieve their career goals through continuous professional development and they will also offer full AAT study support with this position.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase invoices from coding through to authorisation
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Processing payment runs
  • Dealing with any queries

We’re looking for an organised, enthusiastic individual who possesses a desire to succeed, strives to continuously present a high quality of work and enjoys working within a cooperative, vibrant team.

Previous office experience within a finance team would be highly desirable along with strong MS Word and Excel skills.
