Our client is looking for a driven individual who is keen to utilise their strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Access, as well analytical mind.

We are currently recruiting for an expanding local organisation who due to business growth is looking to recruit an individual who will support with the processing of billing invoices.

Working within a team, you will need to possess strong communication skills, be hard working and willing to learn and develop your skills.

You will be accuracy checking invoices for clients and working closely with their AP team, to facilitate timely payments.  You will also collate and check documentation to facilitate each client’s re-billing process.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Ensuring invoices match contractual requirements
  • Liaising with clients dealing with queries and rectifying errors
  • Raising monthly reports using Excel
  • Various adhoc accounts administration duties

The ideal candidate will be experienced using Excel skills and possess a keen eye for detail.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has a high level of motivation and has the ability to work on own initiative, with previous office experience.
