Sales Ledger & Credit Controller

We are working with a successful, well-established manufacturing business to recruit for a member of the finance team to cover a period of maternity for 9 – 12 months. The successful individual will take on both Sales Ledger and Credit Control duties as follows:

  • Posting cash from customers in various currencies and bank accounts
  • Copy invoices and credits for customers
  • Credit control – chasing customers for overdue balances for UK & overseas accounts
  • New account set ups
  • Debit and credit card payment processing
  • Month end sales ledger close
  • Running monthly statements

This is an excellent opportunity to build on existing knowledge and gain exposure to a successful business. We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, personable individual with the ability to build a good rapport and professional relationships with customers and suppliers.

You will enjoy working within a cooperative team and have strong computer skills.
