An exciting opportunity has now become available for a Category Manager to join the team at an NHS organisation based in Yorkshire.
The Category Manager will develop and lead innovative service delivery improvements, across multi-organisations through effective and efficient programme management.
You will liaise with national and regional Senior Category Managers, Supply chain staff and Supplies to deliver better value in the management of key markets, develop and improve relationships between stakeholder departments and also present highly sensitive, complex information to a large number of staff and stakeholders.
The Category Manager will maximise commercial opportunities through regular contact with stakeholders and customers to develop category group knowledge and supply chain, be able to influence stakeholders, customers and patients and promote cost effective solutions through inclusive enablement processes.
The ambitious and driven individual will be able to motivate and encourage collaborative working to improve services where there may be resistance to change.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to influence suppliers and stakeholders and suppliers to provide solutions and re-engineering of business processes to meet the needs of customers relating to cost, performance and quality targets.
