As a qualified Financial Controller you will be accountable for the financial control for 3 operations, and act as a key business partner to the General Manager.
Part of your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Weekly and monthly management reporting
- Budgeting and forecast processes and focusing on measurement of operational performance
- Drive improvements and add value through business analysis
- Working with the Procurement Manager and Finance Business Partner on forecasting models and pricing forecasts
- Recruit, develop, appraise and motivate the team.
As a leader you will support, manage and coach to get the maximum for performance from the team.
With experience of influencing and shaping business decisions and strong commercial awareness you will be able to converse comfortably with stakeholders at all levels.
This pivotal opportunity would ideally suit a qualified and experienced ACCA/ACA/CIMA or a time served QBE Accountant who has had previous exposure as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager or experience within a similar role ideally within manufacturing where you are able to demonstrate leadership and professionalism as a business partner.
This role is commutable from Hereford, Ross on Wye, Monmouth and Worcestershire.
