Within this HR Officer role you will get involved in the following:
- Recruitment and screening
- New employee inductions
- Supporting department heads with their teams
- Conducting employee reviews, disciplinaries and exit interviews
- Maintaining employee handbooks
- Dealing with employee sickness and return to work interviews
Previous experience within a HR environment is essential.
