This industry leading organisation with a reputation for excellence are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a part time (2 days per week) basis. This is an excellent opportunity for you if you enjoy a varied role and getting involved with different aspects on a day to day basis.
You will be responsible for providing unparalleled support to different areas including reception, finance, service and operations and HR to ensure the smooth running of the office. This will include getting involved in the following:
- Administration of the fleet car system and daily hire cars
- Providing administrative supports to finance and service & operations when necessary, liaising internally with PAs
- Assisting the reception team with incoming telephone calls and visitors to the office
- Arranging travel and hotel bookings and preparation of visas for travelling staff
- Supporting HR with updating systems with new starter information
Using your enthusiastic attitude you will enjoy liaising and building relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
