Query Resolution Analyst/Customer Service (German Language)
A Fluent German Language speaker is required to join a Global organisation at their European Headquarters. As a company they offer excellent benefits which include a quarterly bonus scheme.
It is essential that you are confident to liaise with internal teams to resolve queries within a timely manner. You will need to have a flair for problem solving and to be able to identify problem areas quickly. You will need to build a positive and productive long term relationship with teams to assist the credit control department to maximise cash collections for the company.

You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills along with advanced German language skills.
Full training will be provided.
