Customer Service Analyst ( Fluent German speaker)

Query Resolution Analyst/Customer Service (German Language)

A Fluent German Language speaker is required to join a Global organisation at their European Headquarters. As a company they offer excellent benefits which include a quarterly bonus scheme.

It is essential that you are confident to liaise with internal teams to resolve queries within a timely manner.  You will need to have a flair for problem solving and to be able to identify problem areas quickly. You will need to build a positive and productive long term relationship with teams to assist the credit control department to maximise cash collections for the company.

Duties and responsibilities will also include:-

  • Resolving customer queries to ensure prompt payment, serve as a liaison between the different departments
  • Flexible approach to workload and support team members
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the business

You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills along with advanced German language skills.

Full training will be provided.
