Assistant Accountant

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Assistant Accountant to join a global technology consulting business on a maternity contract, with strong potential to become permanent. With revenues of over a billion, this company are leaders in its field and can provide brilliant experience and training to the right Assistant Accountant.

The role itself is varied, where you will be responsible for providing financial analysis, control and support across all areas of the group. You will ensure correct billing and revenue terms are in place, maintain the invoicing process, prepare journals, manage the debtors and creditors list and complete duties for month/year end.

You must be able to demonstrate strong well rounded accounting experience within a large organisation, with excellent analytical and problem solving abilities. You will be organised in your approach to work effectively to deadlines, and be willing to assist senior staff with duties.
