A well experienced and self-motivated Credit Controller is required to join this leading business based in Redditch, on a temporary basis for 5 months. You be responsible for the timely collection of customer payments in line with company policies.
The key responsibilities for the Credit Controller include preparing and posting cash received, raising invoices and credit notes, and processing account application forms.
You will be a personable individual, with excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with customers regarding any issues or delays with invoice payments. You will also be proactive and able to use your initiative to minimise the possibility of delayed payments and to work to month-end deadlines.
