A fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a well-established business, based in the heart of Worcester who pride themselves on customer satisfaction, as an Assistant Buyer.
As an Assistant Buyer you will become an integral part of the operation and be responsible for maintaining supplier schedules via the buying programme, maintaining and keeping stock levels at agreed targets, arranging for collection of goods and contacting suppliers to ensure that any parts are delivered in a timely manner.
You will also get involved in general administration required within the purchasing department including raising purchase orders and booking in and booking out stock items.
To be successful in this Assistant Buyer position you will enjoy working within a collaborative team environment, possess confidence and will excel in providing first class customer service and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
