An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to commit to a 12 month full time contract working for a global organisation.
Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for all aspects of General Finance/Nominal Ledger work. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, from general account administration, to financial reconciliations and reporting. This position also has responsibility for posting financial transactions, small subsidiary accounts, bank payments, month end reporting and employee expenses reimbursements. There would also be a number of ad-hoc administrative tasks that would need to be completed as required.
Ideally you will have a sound financial background and have experience in a similar financial accounting role. You will have an organised and analytical approach to you work, and deliver consistent results with a high degree of accuracy. Computer literate in all MS Office applications, a previous working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage but not essential.
