Daily duties of the Credit Controller will include reviewing/releasing orders, sending invoices, following up and resolving customer questions along with raising credit notes where required. Building and maintaining customer relationships is a huge part of the role so if you enjoy establishing relationships and providing first class customer service this role could really suit you.

The successful candidate for this position will have previous experience in a Credit Controller role or similar, have excellent communication skills and an active interest in providing process improvements.
