We are working on an opportunity for a Service Desk Administrator to join this specialist global leading company, with the primary focus being to deliver excellent customer service.
Receiving inbound calls and emails, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and staff. You will have good IT skills with excellent organisation skills to effectively manage your workload, whilst demonstrating strong administrative skills.
Other key duties for the Service Desk Administrator will include organising engineer’s workloads, processing engineer’s job sheets, arranging maintenance for equipment, preparing various reports for customers and management, and following up on outstanding queries.
