Accounts Assistant

We are working with a local company who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a 3 month contract basis into their team.

This is an exciting opportunity with a dynamic set of responsibilities that will allow you to demonstrate and enhance your current skill set, daily tasks may consist of:

  • Processing information for the Purchase Ledger & dealing with any invoice quiresSales Ledger credit management duties
  • Ensuring debts are collected and recorded
  • Raising Sales Ledger invoice
  • Administrative tasks

As an Accounts Assistant you will be familiar with Microsoft Office and knowledge of Pegasus Opera would be advantageous. You will hold previous experience working within a busy accounts office.
