We are working on the opportunity for an experienced all round Accounts Assistant to join this company on a short term temporary basis, working on all aspects of the purchase and sales ledgers.
This is a varied role, therefore you will be confident processing invoices and payment runs, assisting with credit control, reconciling various accounts, and preparing weekly payroll. You must have strong working experience of using Sage Line 50 and will work efficiently and accurately to month end targets to ensure there is no delay for the management accounts.
You will demonstrate excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external contacts, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and show that you are a great team player willing to assist with any tasks.
