We are working with this leading company based in Worcester for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis, in which you will be responsible for covering aspects of the purchase and sales ledgers.
As a competent and all round Accounts Assistant, key duties will include to process invoices, reconcile statements, liaise with suppliers and prepare the weekly payment run. You will also assist with raising sales ledger invoices, managing outstanding balances and assisting with credit control duties if needed.
You must be confident with accounting packages, able to learn new systems if needed, as well as good working knowledge of Excel and Word. You will have demonstrable experience of working accurately and efficiently to strict deadlines, with excellent interpersonal skills.
