Administrator job in Worcestershire


An opportunity for a self-motivated Administrator to join the team, supporting with the management of administration in the department. This is a temporary opportunity for up to 6 months, with consideration of part time or full time hours.

Key duties

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls and assisting with queries where possible, escalating if necessary. You will also check payments to ensure information is correct before posting to Sage, and support with scanning, filing and general data entry.

Skills and competencies

You will be a highly proactive individual, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
