We are working with an established Worcester business on a temporary opportunity to join as a self-motivated Customer Service Administrator. The main focus will be liaising with customers to resolve queries and provide quotations, along with general administrative assistance to the team.
You will have a flexible approach to work, being able to assist where needed, and excellent communication skills. You should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally Sage Accounts. Previous sales experience and knowledge of social media marketing is also essential.
