We are working with this specialist, growing company based in Worcester, who are looking to recruit a personable and motivated Customer Support Coordinator to thrive in a customer focused role, taking ownership of customer liaison, and assisting with queries and general office administration as part of a 12 month contract.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer delivery schedules, contacting customers regarding any changes, and liaising with other departments to ensure the timely manufacture of parts and to be aware of any issues which may arise.
To succeed in this Customer Support role, you will be methodical in your approach to work effectively to strict deadlines, whilst ensuring customers receive a first class service to further establish working relationships.
