We're looking for a proactive and motivated individual who possesses strong customer service skills with experience of supervising a  team, enabling them to reach their potential and provide an excellent service.

Working within a set of KPIs the role will require the supervision of a team of customer support advisors who are responsible for delivering a high quality and consistent query and case management resolution experience to clients. Therefore you will be responsible for organising the team and provide guidance and support on the best way to deal with queries that will positively impact the client.

Essential criteria:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above)
  • Proven experience within a Customer Service role
  • Experience in a Supervisory role
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office including; Outlook and Excel
  • Experience in meeting KPIs and SLAs are a key feature of the role.
