Finance Administrator

A Finance Administrator is needed for an 8 week temporary assignment for an industry leading business based in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-sufficient individual with the ability to work as part of a busy team in a high volume processing environment.

As a Finance Administrator you will gain invaluable experience within a well-established business and day to day duties will include:

  • Maintenance of cash books
  • Allocating cash receipts onto ledgers
  • Collection of direct debits from brokers
  • Ensuring payments are made
  • Weekly & monthly cash reports
  • Reconciliation of cashbook to general ledger and bank statements
  • Month end reports and reconciliation of ledgers
  • Monthly reconciliations
