Finance Assistant - Service Charge

An award winning, accredited organisation based in Malvern is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their busy Service Charge department on a temporary basis for up to six months.

Throughout this temporary assignment as the Finance Assistant you will become a fundamental member of the team and responsibilities will include:

  • Regular monitoring and reviewing of service charge costs
  • Carrying out calculation of service charges and similar charges
  • Assistant in the process of setting the charges and reviewing costs
  • Maintain appropriate accounting records and files
  • Reconciliations of control accounts
  • Creating and posting journals

Whilst developing and building on already existing finance skills, you will also be presented with the chance to strengthen your investigation and communication skills.

Current knowledge of MS packages is essential, as is relevant finance experience.
