HR & Payroll Administrator

We are recruiting for an experienced and dynamic HR & Payroll Administrator to work for an award winning established business with close links within the local business community.  As a HR & Payroll Administrator you will support the Managers with all aspects of HR and Payroll and be able to communicate well with all levels within the business.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Manage recruitment campaigns and all duties associated with this
  • Undertake new employee inductions
  • Support HR and Payroll Manager
  • Assist with review of HR Policies and Staff Hand Book
  • Maintain HR database
  • Provide cover for Payroll Officer, collate data, distribute payslips and pension documentation
