Working for an established business this Payroll Administrator role will play a key part supporting and ensuring the payroll is produced accurately and on time.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring accurate completion of monthly and fortnightly payrolls
  • Accurate recording of starter and leaver information as well as management of sickness
  • Keep up to date with HMRC legislation,
  • Ensure accurate and on time submission of Real Time Information (RTI) data
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure queries are resolved

This role is pivotal in the smooth running on the payroll and would suit an individual with working knowledge of payroll who is able to work on own initiative, be able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.

Must be proficient in M/S Word and Excel
