Procurement Manager

A superb opportunity for a proven Procurement Manager to join a leading Worcestershire organisation.

As the new Procurement Manager you will be in a position to lead the development of the procurement strategy across the business and ensure the delivery of effective contract management services that deliver Vfm initiatives and efficiencies.

Regularly reviewing the performance of all suppliers and contractors, you will ensure they are achieving the contractually agreed levels of service, quality and cost whilst also identifying and acting on procurement opportunities by way of evaluation and negotiation.

From a position of experience, as the Procurement Manager, you will be familiar with drafting and negotiating contract terms as well as a working knowledge of European Procurement, legislation and current practice.
