We are recruiting a Purchasing Administrator for a highly successful business in Evesham. As Purchasing Administrator, you will be expected to provide support to the Purchasing Department whilst also liaising with suppliers to raise orders for stock and confirmation of delivery. Other duties will include:

  • Maintain records of all purchase orders
  • Updating information on Sage, CRM and purchasing databases
  • Assisting in communicating PO numbers with suppliers
  • Support other areas of the department and organisation

This varied position would suit someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and has previous purchasing experience. Experience of Microsoft Office is essential.
