Senior Invoice Administrator

We are looking for an experienced individual to join the Purchase Invoice team of a business based in Worcester. This is a temporary position for a period of six months to assist the team in clearing processing backlogs, which will require a hands-on approach. The team is responsible for invoicing to hundreds of customers in the UK and Ireland with the value of £4-£5m per month.

We’re looking for an individual with vast experience of invoicing, purchase order and purchase ledger in high volume, busy environments who enjoys really getting stuck into problem solving.  

Day to day duties will involve:

  • Raising invoices accurately and timely throughout the month
  • Regular communication with contract management
  • Process recurring charge orders including removal of any charges for items being replaced and raising of credit notes
  • Dealing with queries from account managers and other departments including credit control in relation to debt collection and invoicing

You will enjoy building strong, relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders to enable to drive the business forward in terms of streamlined, efficient processes.
