Finance Partner – Operational

The role of the Finance Partner (Operational) is to ensure that support and financial advice is given to all Directors and Service Managers to enable the organisation to meet its ambitions.

The Finance Partner (Operational) works in partnership with designated service areas of the business to achieve the organisation’s strategic objectives through robust financial performance management and effective use of resources.

Working closely with the Finance Manager (Operational) and deputising as delegated you will help promote financial sustainability through effective leadership and partnership working to optimise key opportunities across the organisation.

The role holder should be a part or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA, ACA) or qualified by experience with a track record of partnering senior members of organisations (finance and non-finance) with strong relationship building skills.

The Finance Partner (Operational) should have the ability to utilise excellent communication skills as working collaboratively with internal stake holders is a key requirement of this role.
