The Accounts Payable Supervisor is a 12-month fixed term role and is a key support role within the business which will supervise the day-to-day operations of the transactional team to deliver the accounts payable and receivable processes in accordance with the organisations procedures and prescribed timescales.
The Accounts Payable Supervisor ensures the Transactional Processing Team deliver the AP (accounts payable) and AR (accounts receivable) functions in a structured and timely manner. Specifically ensuring transactions on the AP and AR ledgers are processed and ready for month end
The Accounts Payable Supervisor needs to be experienced with a track record of managing and processing transactions, have strong relationship building skills, the ability to support suppliers and internal customer with strong communication skills.
Working collaboratively with internal and external stake holders is a key part of this role.
