Head of Finance

CY Executive Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of an NHS Trust in the East of England for an Interim Head of Finance to support whilst they recruit substantively for the post.

Initially this is a 3 month post however depending on how the substantive recruitment goes and other positions within the trust, this could also be extended.

This NHS Trust is a well established and well accomplished Trust with a clear drive and focus in the way they work.

The main responsibilities of the role is to manage the finance division ensuring the accurate and timely production of monthly finance and performance management information for the Divisional Management and Senior Finance Teams.

You will be responsible for directing, motivating and managing their team and will play a key role in developing their skills and those of the wider finance team.

Ideally you will be on site 2 days a week however other options may be considered depending on experience and location.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be fully qualified CCAB or CIMA and have senior NHS experience otherwise your application will not be considered due to the nature of this role.
