We’re delighted to be partnering with a well-regarded organisation in Malvern, currently seeking a dedicated Payroll Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a collaborative and experienced payroll team, reporting directly to the Payroll Manager and contributing to the smooth running of the department.
•Managing end-to-end payroll processing on a monthly basis
•Accurately inputting and maintaining payroll data
•Ensuring all payroll submissions are fully authorised and complete, proactively following up on missing or unclear information.
•Investigating discrepancies within payroll data and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
Running routine system audits and escalating anomalies where necessary.
•Providing support for annual processes, including P60s, P11Ds, and other HMRC reporting requirements.
Maintaining accurate and secure payroll records in line with audit and data protection standards.
