Credit Controller

We are currently supporting one of our clients who is seeking a Credit Controller to join their division at short notice on a temporary 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience managing accounts receivable, chasing outstanding payments, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure timely collection of debts.

• Perform regular credit reviews of existing customers to identify risk or any changes
• Update and maintain accurate customer account information in the company’s system.
• Allocate incoming payments to customer accounts and update the ledger as needed.
• Proactively chase outstanding payments by phone and email, both before and after invoice due dates, ensuring all communication is properly recorded.
