Finance Supervisor

We’re currently partnering with a well-established organisation based in Malvern, who are looking to recruit a Finance Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a supportive and high-performing finance team.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance department and managing a team of three. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, people management skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

• Conduct regular payment runs
• Reconcile credit card transactions
• Process payroll for up to 80 employees
• Prepare year-end accounts up to trial balance
• Manage personal account records and support external accountants with self-assessment
• Maintain and improve financial systems, controls, and processes
• Provide training, guidance, and support to finance staff
• Manage and update loan and mortgage schedules (55 mortgages across 21 bank accounts)
• Perform regular checks on sales and purchase ledgers
