Financial Management & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate financial records in Xero, managing accounts payable/receivable, processing invoices and expenses, and completing reconciliations
- Prepare VAT information and liaise with external accountants on reporting and month-end tasks
Construction Project Accounting
- Support project financial control including budget tracking, profitability analysis, invoicing, retentions, and cost code management
- Assist with cost reporting, forecasting, and managing project variations
Payroll & CIS
- Manage CIS processing, submissions and subcontractor compliance
Management Reporting
- Provide financial summaries and assist with cashflow updates and year-end support
General Support
- Contribute to finance process improvements, respond to team finance queries, and maintain strong communication with suppliers and clients
About you
- Previous experience in construction / building or other heavily project-based environments
- Ideally you will be fully qualified for the salary range of £50,000 - £60,000, although QBE considered for £40,000 - £50,000
