The Role

This is a key position within the organisation, providing strategic financial insight and support to senior stakeholders and operational leaders. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring robust financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and senior leaders to support financial planning and decision-making
• Lead on budget setting, forecasting, and financial reporting across assigned areas
• Provide clear, insightful management information and analysis to non-finance stakeholders
• Support the development and delivery of the organisation’s financial strategy
• Monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities proactively
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and governance requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and systems

About You

• Fully or part-qualified accountant (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or similar role
• Strong ability to communicate financial information to non-financial audiences
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
