This is a temporary Accounts Assistant role that will incorporate accounting functions, office administration support and taking responsibility for being the first point of contact for accounts and administration including some front of house duties.
You will be working to support all aspects of office management and accounts functions and will take direction from several team members across these function to assist in the development of processes and projects within the site.
In this Accounts Assistant role you will have an involvement in accounts functions such as purchase ledger to a higher level and take ownership of incoming administration to the business. Also, using your first class customer service skills you will handle incoming calls and handle infrequent customer visits.
