We are currently supporting one of our clients on a fantastic Finance Assistant opportunity offering a varied role with the chance to join a well-established department.
You will be responsible for Processing payments, managing all invoices for the different companies within the Group, daily upkeep of figures and records, posting purchase invoices and creating sales invoices, supporting customers on a daily basis, chasing customers to ensure accounts are kept up to date, processing and preparation of payment runs, VAT returns, assisting in preparation of monthly management accounts. You will have experience of working in a similar role in order to the hit the ground running.
Our client is ideally looking for somebody who if part of newly qualified AAT, computer literate and experienced in Microsoft Office.
