HR Assistant - Alcester - Part-time 22.5 hours over 3 days

We are currently supporting an award winning business on a HR Assistant role to join their organisation on a permanent and part-time basis based in Alcester.

You will be responsible for keeping all personal records up to date ensuring that all legal requirements are fully met.

  • On a daily basis you will be involved with:
  • Setting up new contracts for new starters
  • Processing payroll on a monthly basis
  • Inputting new starter details onto the company HR system
  • Liaising with internal departments and being the lead on meetings
  • Recruitment of new staff members to include posting job adverts, interviewing, induction and training, HR letters
  • You will also be responsible for all compliance (right to work, holidays and absences etc)
